Agreement to Terms

By enrolling in Jenna Hide Dance Project classes or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Enrollment and Registration

To enroll in our dance programs:

• Complete the enrollment form with accurate information
• Provide emergency contact information
• Submit required medical information if applicable
• Pay all required fees before the start of classes
• Sign and return all required waivers and forms

Payment Terms

Payment terms and conditions:

• All fees must be paid in full before the start of classes
• We accept cash, check, and credit card payments
• Returned checks will incur a $25 processing fee
• Late payments may result in suspension from classes
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy

Class Attendance and Behavior

Students and parents agree to:

• Attend classes regularly and arrive on time
• Wear appropriate dance attire as specified
• Follow instructor directions and studio rules
• Respect other students, instructors, and staff
• Maintain appropriate behavior at all times

Health and Safety

Health and safety requirements:

• Students must be in good health to participate
• Notify us of any medical conditions or injuries
• Follow all safety guidelines and instructions
• Warm up properly before classes
• Report any injuries immediately

Liability and Waiver

By participating in our programs, you acknowledge that dance involves physical activity and inherent risks. You agree to release Jenna Hide Dance Project from liability for any injuries that may occur during classes, performances, or related activities.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund policy:

• Full refunds available up to 7 days before class start
• 50% refund available up to 3 days before class start
• No refunds after classes begin
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
• Class credits may be available for future sessions

Photography and Media

We may take photographs or videos during classes and performances for promotional purposes. By enrolling, you consent to the use of your child's image in our marketing materials unless you provide written notice otherwise.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately. Continued enrollment constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
